I started Cook Eat Paleo to share all the tips and tricks I’ve learned on my journey with the paleo diet. After going gluten, grain, and dairy-free for health reasons, I had to relearn how to cook and bake without all the ingredients I’d always used. And then I had to figure out how to make it easier. Because really, who has time to cook complicated meals every day?
I create quick and easy paleo recipes that are gluten-free, grain-free, legume-free, dairy-free (except for the occasional use of ghee), soy-free, and refined sugar-free. And they all use real food ingredients that you can find at your local farmers market, grocery store, or natural foods store.
